Laying the Groundwork
For an outsider, CrossFit can seem intimidating, which is why we place all new members into our highly-interactive On Ramp program before starting the regular CrossFit classes. This two-week program (six total sessions) prepares you for your upcoming fitness journey, giving you the knowledge and basic foundation of workout skills to keep up in the CrossFit classes.
It’s important that you get acquainted with our gym, our coaches, our members, and our workouts before starting our classes, but it’s also critical that we get to know you. This two-week period gives us the opportunity to learn your goals and understand what motivates you. You don’t have to be in shape. You don’t have to be an expert at CrossFit. That’s the purpose of the On Ramp program. We reassure you that you’re capable of pushing yourself to new levels and inspire you to do just that.
After On Ramp, you will have a great foundation to build upon as you attend regular classes as many times as you want for two weeks. This is a great way to see how CrossFit fits into your lifestyle and a chance for you to be part of the CrossFit Hydro community.
