Clock walks (In a push up position walk 180 twice)

E: DB kettle swings, push ups, mountain climbers 

T: Tractor Tire work 

Workout:

E: 10 DB kettle swings, 8 mountian climbers, 6 push  ups  8 Min AMRAMP

T: challenge farmer carry for distance 50 meters down and back as many times without dropping the weight or losing good positing or form
