Snatch… Week 2!

 

SKILL:

1 Snatch High Pull w/ Balance Pause

+

1 Muscle Snatch

+

1 Drop Snatch/Snatch Balance

* Try to work just slightly heavier than last week, but with same high elbow positions throughout

 

POWER/SKILL:

1 Hang Power Snatch

+

1 Hang Squat Snatch

* Goal is to catch the barbell where you pull it then overhead squat on the early sets then eliminate the pause as the weight increases

* Work up slowly and try to be PERFECT
