1 Squat Clean
* 20:00 to find your best weight in 5-6 total sets. Trying to get to 85-90% if form is solid.

Then, some simple gymnastics for the workout:
1:00 Chin Up Hold (Just slightly above 90 degrees)
REST 1:00
1:00 Tempo Push Ups
(5 secs down to slightly below 90 degree bend, not to the floor, hold for 3 secs, then push back up to lockout before going right back down for the next rep).
*7 reps in the minute is the goal
REST 1:00
1:00 Hanging L-Sit Hold
REST 2:00
1:00 Ring Row Hold
REST 1:00
1:00 Tempo Push Ups
REST 1:00
1:00 Star Bridge Hold (Right)
1:00 Star Bridge Hold (Left)

Just 1 time through this one. Working on solid positioning through all movements.
