CORE STABILITY:

2:00 of Deadbugs

* Accumulate as much quality holding time as you can in the 2:00 window

 

STRENGTH:

Back Squat 1RM

** Go by how you look and feel and get you best load for the day with near perfect technique in 20 minutes

* Build ups:

50% for 5 reps

65% for 3 reps

80% for 2 reps

90% for 1 rep

93-97% for 1 rep

101% for 1 rep (Optional, if you feel good)

** 1 more quick set of 1 @ 101-105% only if the record breaker looked perfect and easy

 

WORKOUT:

5 Squat Clean Thrusters (70-75% 1RM Push Press/Thruster)

10 Toes 2 Bar (Knees 2 Elbow)

5 Squat Clean Thrusters (Same weight)

10 Chin Above Pull Ups (Jump CTB)

* 4 rounds for time *

(12:00 cutoff)

 

If you’re faster on gymnastics then go for a 5th round before the 12 minute cutoff…
