STRENGTH:

10 DB Loaded Walking Lunge Steps

* DBs must be loaded on top of the shoulders either horizontally or vertically

* 4 sets to reach your best load for the day in 15 mins

 

WORKOUT:

500m Row @ 2k pacing

40 Med Ball Slams (25-30/30-40#)

500m Row @ 2k pacing or the pacing you established in round 1

30 Alt. DB Snatches (45-50/60-70#)

500m Row @ 2k pacing (Match you pace one more time with NO SPRINTING to finish)

40 Med Ball Slams (Same weight)

(16:00 cap)
