:20 Hanging L-Sit Hold OR :30-:40 Front Bridge if you are feeling the T2B from yesterday

* Every minute on the minute for 3 rounds

 

STRENGTH:

Every 1:30 for 12 total rounds (6 sets each) trying to steadily increase loading on both each round:

ODD – 1 Strict Barbell Press from a Rack (Starting around 65% 1RM)

(65, 75, 85, 90, 90+, 90+… As usual, don’t tie your old 1RM, beat by 2-5#)

EVEN – 6-8 Bent Over DB Row (Heavy by the last few rounds)

 

WORKOUT:

5 Power Cleans (123/185#)(70-75%)

25 Wall Ball Shots (14/20#)(10/20# – 9′)
