75 Double Unders (1:00 cap… Pick a number you can “casually” get each time)

With time remaining perform Power Cleans (123/185#)(70-75% 1RM)

* Use the clock to keep this one as Aerobic as possible… Perform 1 clean every 8-10 secs on this one during the work sections
