STRENGTH:

Heavy set of 5 for a DB STRICT Press

* Take just 3-4 sets to hit your near best weight for the day

* Just 10 minutes or so

 

WORKOUT:

Barbell Death By… Almost 😉

Minute 1 – 1 Power Snatch @ 60-65%

Minute 2 – 2 Power Snatches

Minute 3 – 3 Power Snatches

… Continue moving up by 1 trying to reach the 9th or 10th minute without completely destroying yourself….

 

Once you hit the end of this section rest ONE MINUTE then proceed to…

 

Part 2:

Minute 1 – 2 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ same weight as you Snatched

Minute 2 – 4 Sumo DLHP

Minute 3 – 6 SDHP

…. Continue until you hit about an 8 or 9 out of 10 on your exertion scale without being completely destroyed by the end
