25 foot Sled Push up to something heavy on the turf…

Make aggressive jumps in the weight as we will only use the two big sleds for this one…

Take about 15 minutes or so to work up…

This is an old one that should be scaled down for most due to the volume of Doubles involved and the fact that a set only counts if it’s done unbroken 😉

“Flight Simulator”
5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5
* Sets must be unbroken to count and there has to be a stop/pause after each successful unbroken set before moving onto the next one
* 15:00 cap

Unless you have really good double under skills take your time between sets and obviously scale down the numbers, but try to do doubles for this one…

Some other options for reps:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5
1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1
10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10

But there are potentially endless options for this one…

Then post workout do some lat and chest smashing and then stretch those areas with a band…

Finish up with some light to no weight Is and Ys until you get a good burn then do some bent over reverse flys with some heavier weights (5-10’s) for a few sets…
