Come in and get gymnasty!
We will work through the following for 10-15 minutes at each station trying to improve your positions and do something you’ve never done before:
1st 10-15 minutes:
Headstands, Freestanding Handstand Holds, Wall Assisted Handstand Holds, Handstand Walking, Lateral Handstand Walking
(Pick your poison and improve!)
2nd 10-15 minutes:
Box Pistol Squats, Band Assisted Pistol Squats, Unassisted Pistol Squats, Overhead Pistol Squats
(Work to the most difficult progression you can)
3rd 10-15 minutes:
Kipping Pull Ups, STRICT Bar or Ring Muscle Ups, Band Assisted Muscle Ups (low rings), Kipping Bar or Ring Muscle Ups and Rope Climbs
Keep things low intensity and practice!
