Some initial thoughts…

Even if you have the abilities doing 19 unbroken Wall Ball will start to wear down your row pacing over the course of this one so a quick drop at 10 to shake out and then 9 more reps wouldn’t be a bad plan…

For the Row try your best to get a calorie a pull at a stroke rate between 19-22 so you can get off ready to do your front half of wall balls with minimal transition time…

Also experiment with not strapping into the rower to save a few seconds on transitions which will give your potentially 15-20 extra seconds over the course of the workout which which could mean a few extra reps for this one…
