Great test week so let’s change it up today…

 

STRENGTH:

Use one of the sleds we have and establish a 50 foot (25 feet down and 25 feet back) max weighted sled push…

* Make aggressive, steady jumps (45-90#) between each round and keep things going if we have a big class so everyone gets at least 4-5 sets in to reach a max

(Many of you should be able to get 500-600+ pounds (10-12 plates) by the end)

* Take 30 minutes to get your heaviest weight figured out…

 

STRETCH OUT AFTERWARD!

 

Don’t keep beating yourself into the ground without allowing your body a day to catch up!
