(Rope climbs, dips, pull ups and/or muscle ups)
8:00-11:00 – Snatch Skill @ 60%
11-15:00 – Gymnastics
15:00-18:00 – Snatch Skill @ 70-75%
18:00-20:00 – Final gymnastics prep

Then workout…

7 Rope Climbs (2:30 cap)
9 Squat Snatches @ 65-70% 1RM
5 Rope Climbs (2:00)
7 Squat Snatches
3 Rope Climbs (1:30)
5 Squat Snatches
(12:00 cap)

Try to scale this one appropriately so you can get an even amount of climbing and snatching on this one…

Scale climbs to 5-3-2 or 4-2-1 or do seated for 9-7-5…
