Work on Ring/Bar Dips and Muscle Ups on the rings…
Try out some pull ups, but be careful with the hands from all the Toes 2 Bar yesterday…
BARBELL SKILL: 8-10 minutes
POWER Snatch Balance (1/2 squat catch)
– Work up to a challenging set of 2 reps working good footwork and good body position on the catch
POWER: 15 minutes
Hang Power Snatch + Floor Power Snatch
– Work up to the heaviest load you can for the day… If things feel good, then go for the PR!
WORKOUT/TEST: 4 minutes
– :20 of work followed by :10 of rest for 8 total rounds (4:00)
– Can anyone get 8-10 reps on every round??
