Work up to around 70-75% 1RM Thruster/Push Press and perform SQUAT CLEAN THRUSTERS with it for warm ups and the workout to follow…

10-50 Double Unders (:45 cap)
5 Squat Clean Thrusters
10-50 Double Unders (:45)
REST 3:00

Work through rounds for 30:00 total trying to keep rounds between 1:30-2:00 each time…

NO TOUCH AND GO REPS ON THE SQUAT CLEAN THRUSTERS…

Try to push these ones hard and do our normal Clean up and hand wash afterwards!
