Little longer one!

Work up to your 60% 1RM STRICT Press…

You have to start the bar on the floor and clean it into place as well…

From there you will complete:
5 STRICT Presses @ 60% 1RM Press
10 Sumo DL High Pulls @ 60% 1RM Press
20 AbMat Sit Ups
400m Run (Scale with machines as needed)

Once you come back from the run you will add 5% and 5% only of your 1RM Press to the barbell and do round two in the same way as round one…

Then after the 2nd run add 5% more and so on for a total of 30 minutes on the clock…

You can choose to take this one a little easier and get 4-5 rds or a little harder and get 5-6 total rounds…

Scale at home with DB Presses and DB Sumo DL High Pulls instead…
