Toes 2 Bar & Double Unders

* Start on the Rings, if needed, and work your way to trying to string them on the bar

* 5-10 minutes of practice depending on class sizes

 

POWER/SKILL:

4-6 rep Touch and Go SQUAT Cleans

* Try to run through the following weights working smooth and consistent reps every 2:30-3:00 for 4 total sets…

Men:

Rx’d – 95-115#/115-135#/165-185#/185-225#

Scaled – 75#/75-95#/95-115#/115-135#

 

Women:

Rx’d – 65-85#/85-105#/105-115#/115-135#

Scaled – 45-55#/55-65#/65-75#/75-85#

 

WORKOUT:

:20 Max Rep UNBROKEN Toes 2 Bar OR Hanging Knee Raises

REST :40

:40 Max Rep UNBROKEN Double Unders OR Single Unders

REST :20

:60 DROP N’ GO Squat Cleans (83#/135# OR 55#/75#)

(Drop at the top & IMMEDIATELY reset and do your next rep with no hesitation)

 

REST 3:00 & Repeat TWO MORE TIMES with either the same weight or try the next weight or two from Open WOD 16.2…
