WORKOUT:

“Pistoling Annie”

50 Unbroken Double Unders

50 Alternating Pistols

50 AbMat Sit Ups

30 Unbroken Double Unders

30 Alternating Pistols

30 AbMat Sit Ups

20 Unbroken Double Unders

20 Alternating Pistols

20 AbMat Sit Ups

(15 minute cutoff)

 

Push for unbroken DUs if you have the skill and only DUs allowed unless you don’t have them at all… Scale DU reps as needed…

 

Lowest box possible is the only Pistol scale… Try to get as close to parallel as possible!
