Little Split Jerk variation we have never tried before…

 

POWER/SKILL:

1 Back Rack Split Jerk

+

1 Front Rack Split Jerk

* Attempt to alternate legs for as long as you can, but you can do your dominate leg for the final few heavy sets

* 15-20 minute to build up

 

SHOULDER STABILITY:

10 Turkish Get Ups

* Slightly heavier than last week like we have been doing

* Switch arms after each rep and take your time!

 

WORKOUT:

50 Wall Ball (14/20#)

30 Toes 2 Bar

30 Wall Ball (14/20#)

20 Toes 2 Bar

20 Wall Ball (14/20#)

10 Toes 2 Bar

(12 minute cutoff)

 

Scale T2B with less reps, use rings or do DOUBLE the amount of knee raises…
