Reminder… Just 5am and 12pm classes today due to set up for our lifting meet on Saturday…

 

STRENGTH:

Using a rack:

1 Overhead Squat

5 Front Squats

10 Back Squats

* After completing all 16 reps move the weight up trying to get the best loading possible in 20 minutes

* Start with 60% or so of your best OH Squat and go from there…

 

WORKOUT:

“Simple Annie”

100 Single Unders

50 AbMat Sit Ups

REST 2:00

 

Repeat 3 total times for best times on each individual round…

 

The goal is to take between 2-3:00 or so for each round at a sprint pace…
