STRENGTH:

6 Step Front Rack Barbell Walking Lunge

(Must Clean into place each set)

* Work up to the best load you can with your front knee in perfect position in 20 minutes

 

WORKOUT:

5 KB Snatches (Left Arm)(53#/70#)

5 KB Snatches (Right Arm)(53#/70#)

20/25 Calorie Row

* 8 minute AMRAP

 

This one is meant to be somewhat heavy so practice with the KB for 5-10 mins prior, but use a DB instead in order to move it heavier…

 

Goal is 3 rounds + for this one…
