POWER/SKILL:

From a Rack:

1 Push Press

+

1 Push Jerk

+

1 Split Jerk

* Work up to a potential new Push Press 1RM, but you must complete the other two lifts with it also

* 20 minutes

 

WORKOUT:

100′ Gym Shuttle Run (Middle rig out to East Rig and back)

5 Double KB Deadlifts (53’s/70’s)

50′ Double KB Farmer’s Carry to opposite rig (53’s/70’s)

* Perform as many rounds and distance as possible in 3:00

REST 6:00

 

Repeat one more time…
