* Warm up throughly and build up relatively quickly unless you’re still new to these movements…

(10-15 minutes)

 

WORKOUT:

5 STRICT Toes 2 Bar

10 Heavy Wall Ball (20-25#/30-35#)

* Use a heavy weight, but try to go unbroken the whole tidea

15 Calories on the Rower

** MAX rounds plus reps in 10 minutes

(Pick a rep/weight arrangement where you can get more than 5 rounds total)
