Barbells and burpees!

 

BARBELL COMPLEX:

* Skill and positions and all!

3 Overhead Squats

6 Front Squats

9 Back Squats

* No rack usage and use your Snatch 1RM for all number calculations

* 50, 60, 70, 75-80% 1RM Snatch on a 2-3:00 clock for each set

 

WORKOUT:

15 Power Snatches (95/135#)(70% 1RM Snatch)

30-40 Burpees

23 Power Cleans (95/135#)(70% 1RM Snatch)

30-40 Burpees (Same number as set 1)

45 Deadlifts (95/135#)(70% 1RM Snatch)

30-40 Burpees (Same number again)

The goal is equal work times on ALL burpee sets and hopefully ALL barbell sets also so pace appropriately…

 

Your score is the range between your fastest and slowest sets of burpees with the goal of having a range of under 15 seconds or less…
