BARBELL SKILL:

From a Rack:

1 Drop Snatch (No Hip Drive)

1 Snatch Balance

1 Overhead PAUSE Squat (Hold Bottom For 3 Seconds)

* Work up steadily to your best load with perfect shoulder positions in 15 minutes

 

WORKOUT:

“Aerobic Nate”

2 Muscle Ups (Scale to 1 rep, 2 CTB or Chin or 2 Rep Strict Variation)

4 STRICT Handstand Push Ups (Abmat + Plate, Bear Crawl or Box Varation)

8 RUSSIAN KB Swings (44-53/53-70#)

* Complete 1 round and then rest an equal amount of time and keep this timing throughout the 20:00 time frame

** Pick a set up that allows rounds to be completed in no longer than 1:00-1:15 from round 1 on
