Overhead Barbell Walking Lunge x 4 steps

Back Rack Barbell Walking Lunge x 4 steps

* 4 total sets in 15 minutes for best load

* Sets only count if you complete all 12 reps without the barbell returning to the ground

 

WORKOUT:

2/3 UNBROKEN Strict Pull/Chin Ups

(Scale to partner/coach assisted, lower body assisted x3 or tough ring rows x3)

4/6 UNBROKEN/NONSTOP Hand Release Push Ups

(Scale to a lower box)

9 NONSTOP Straight Legged AbMat Sit Ups

* 15 minute AMRAP

* Make sure to rest just enough to keep things unbroken, no singles at any point!
