Split Jerk from a Rack up to a heavy or maximal set of one in ar ok under 20 minutes…

Workout…

10 Alt. DB Snatch (30-35/45-50#)
12/15 Toes 2 Bar (Straight or bent knee)
15/20 Calories on the Row/Bike (Have to bike 1 out of every 3 rounds)
* 15 minute AMRAP

If you have T2B then give this one a try Rx’d, but make sure not to overkip them and try to practice your DB exchanges also…

Post workout is the same two rehab movements as last week trying to add just a little more resistance to the forearm work…
