Make slower jumps and really dial things in on the earlier sets…

* Best weight for the day in 20 minutes or so based on class sizes

50, 60, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+, 90+

If you get to a THIRD miss on the heavier sets (80%+) then cut yourself off and call it a day…
