For stance we are taking the stance we took for high Pulls last week…

Put 2 fingers on the smooth and rough part of the barbell and widen your stance just enough so you can have your full arm INSIDE of your thighs…

Workout is a quick chipper…

400/500m Ski Erg (2:30 cutoff)
40 Double DB Squats (30-35’s/45-50’s)
50 Ring Rows
(9:00 cap)

Pick DBs that allow bigger sets and a moderately hard Ring Row angle that also allows for larger sets…
