Snatch skill… Week 3!

 

SKILL/POWER: 20 minutes

Snatch Balance from a Rack

* Aiming for 100% of your Snatch 1RM this week if you hit around 90% last week otherwise try to hit something 5-10% heavier than last week by your final set…

 

Warm ups:

50%, 60%, 70% for doubles

80%, 85%, 90%, 95% 100% for singles

 

WORKOUT:

” 2008 Crossfit Games WOD #2 “

5 Deadlifts (185#/275#)(70% 1RM)

10 Lateral Burpees over Barbell

* 5 rounds for time *

(8 minute cutoff)

 

Go fast, but take the extra few seconds to set a good starting position on each set of Deadlifts…
