Test day!

 

STRENGTH:

5RM Deadlift

* Must drop and reset after all reps

* Switch grip if you want

* Belt up once you hit 85% of so

 

WARM UP SETS: 10 minutes

50% for 5 reps

65% for 4 reps

75% for 3 reps

85% for 2 reps

 

TEST SETS: 2 attempts only!

90% for 5 reps

REST 4-5 MINUTES

92-95% for 5 reps (If necessary)

 

WORKOUT:

Alternate between :45 of work followed by :45 of rest until you reach 50 reps of DB Man Makers (20-25’s/30-35’s)

(A man maker consists of a Burpee with hands on the DB handles, a DB Deadlift, DB Clean, DB Front Squat & finally a DB Push Press… This is 1 rep)

Approach this with a plan in mind and don’t go out guns blazing…

 

You have 15 minutes (10 work/rest cycles) to try to get to 50 reps…

 

Your score is the total time it takes to complete 50 reps, which includes your rest periods…
