SKILL/POWER:

Work Kipping Pull Up (Chin & CTB… Keep low volume if your pulling strength is still developing) and/or Toes 2 Bar skills…

 

Do these between your skill sets for Thrusters… Hang Clean the barbell into position…

 

Try to work through the first 3 weights for the workout to follow…

 

WORKOUT:

8:00 AMRAP of the following:

12 Barbell Thrusters (63/95#)(45/65#)

* If you did 17.1 Sunday do Scaled WOD weights or do Rx’d with Sh2OH only

3 CTB Pull Ups or T2B (Pick weakest)

* Scale is Knees 2 90 degrees/Jump CTB

12 Barbell Thrusters (Same weight)

6 CTB or T2B

12 Barbell Thrusters (Same weight)

9 CTB or T2B

9 Barbell Thrusters (83/135#)(65/95#)

12 CTB or T2B

9 Barbell Thrusters (Same weight)

15 CTB or T2B

9 Barbell Thrusters (Same weight)

18 CTB or T2B

6 Barbell Thrusters (123/185#)(83/135#)

21 CTB or T2B

6 Barbell Thrusters (Same weight)

24 CTB or T2B

6 Barbell Thrusters (Same weight)

27 CTB or T2B

3 Barbell Thrusters (153/225#)(103/165#)

30 CTB or T2B

3 Barbell Thrusters (Same)

33 CTB or T2B

3 Barbell Thrusters (Same)

Like stated above…

If you did 17.1 on Sunday do either of the following:

#1 – Scaled workout with Thrusters

#2 – Rx’d workout, but with just Shoulder 2 Overhead INSTEAD of full Thrusters

 

If you did the workout in Thursday or Friday or if you feel good after the warm up go full boar on this one, but TAKE CARE OF YOUR HANDS…
