3 rep Back Squat w/ small Green/Blue Band around knees on ALL sets

* Work up to your best 3 rep weight for the day in 15 minutes

 

SUPPLEMENTAL STRENGTH:

:40 of Double KB/DB Russian Swings (26’s/35’s or so as a starting point… Aiming for 12-15 reps in the :40 window)

REST :20 (Move to floor)

:40 Side Bridge (Left Side)

REST :20

:40 Side Bridge (Right Side)

REST 1:00

* 2 sets for this one

 

WORKOUT:

Regional Workout #6 (Kind of)

25/30 Calorie Bike (1:30 cutoff)

20 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20/24″)

10 DB Cleans (45’s/70’s)

* 6 minute cutoff *

 

This one should be a tough sprint throughout with a heavy weight to finish that you can move safely under high fatigue so scale DB weights and reps to 20/15/10, if needed…

 

Push hard, but stay within yourself!
