Sleds are back already!

 

STRENGTH/POWER:

Coaches choice!

* For each individual class the coach will have the pick on the pressing movement we will be doing so each class will be different

* We will perform a 1-3 rep max with either a Bench, Strict Press, Push Press, Thruster or Split Jerk

* 15-20 minutes depending on class sizes

 

ASSISTANCE:

* Last week before we change so go heavy!

Seated DB Press x 8 reps

* Start around where you ended last week and try to go heavier

Max time Ring Row Holds

* :30 is the minimum and 1:00 is the cap

REST 1:00 (Repeat 3x)

 

WORKOUT:

Tabata Sled Drags for Total Distance (2 plates for Ladies/3 plates for Guys)

* 10 total rounds of :20 of work followed by :10 of stop/resting

* Round to the nearest 25m for distance with the Blacktop equaling 25m, Blue tape equaling 50m and Dumpster equaling 75m, but keep working back and forth between the garage door and the Dumpster as coaches yell stop and start…
