STRENGTH & POWER:

1 Clean + 5 Front Squats

* Your pick on what type of Clean you want to perform, but pick the one that gets you the most weight on the bar…

* If you do a squat clean it counts as your first squat rep…

* Best loading in 15-20 minutes trying to get 95-100%+ of your clean 1RM by the end…

 

WORKOUT:

30/40 Ring Rows (2:30 cutoff)

30/40 Push Ups (Box)

40 AbMat Sit Ups

15/20 CTB Kipping Pull Ups (Chin)

15/20 Kipping HSPUs (Box)

15/20 Toes 2 Bar (Rings)

6/10 Muscle Ups (Bar OR Rings)(Dips)

(16:00 cutoff)

 

Upscale option of 40/50 & 20/30 if you’re good at all the above movements…

 

We will have several scaling options for this one so don’t let anyone of the movements in this one make you shy away from getting better today!
