10 squats => 30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => forward roll => 10 Spiderman lunges => 5 single-leg toe touches, each leg => 10 mountain climbers

THEN….

hip stretch on  the wall (:30 each side)

T: 2 Rep Max Thrusters

3 hoola hoops

6 Monkey Hangs

6 Thrusters (med ball)

12 air squats

T: 15:00 AMRAP Partner Workout 

50 ring rows (each partner must do 10 before switching)

100 doubles/200 singles (must do 25 doubles or 50 singles before switching)
