56 Burpees
* 20 minute cap

THE CATCH…

This one will be an AMRAP instead of just one time through…

So if you finish the 56 burpees before the time cap you will proceed back to your chosen cardio and get more distance in…

The goal is to get deep into the cardio for round two or possibly get close to finishing round two if you’re a ninja…

AT HOME…

Sub in whatever cardio you have for the distances listed above or sub in a Mile run then 56 burpees for the same 20 minute AMRAP…
