A revisit of our grand opening WOD from way back in 2012!



In groups of 2, working 1 at a time at any given time perform:

300 Single Unders

150′ of Rope Climbing/100 Ring Rows (Alternate movements… 10 full, 15 half or 20 seated rope climbs)

75 Weighted Burpees (10/25#)

* Every 10:00 perform a 200′ Walking Lunge while hugging a 10/25# plate

(30:00 AMRAP)


First timers drop in for FREE at 10am and help us celebrate!
