20 Hand Release Push Ups (Switch every 5 reps)
30 AbMat Sit Ups (Switch every 10 reps)
40 Walking Lunge Steps (Switch every 10 steps)
50 Ring Rows (Switch every 5 reps)
Keep all work sets consistent speed throughout and don’t take the early sets out too quickly!
