WORKOUT:

In groups of 2 perform the following for rounds and reps in 20 minutes:

100 Double Unders/200 Singles

(Alternate each round if able)

10 Wall Walks

(Start chest 2 ground & get 1′ away before walking back to start point)

2 SEATED L-Sit Rope Climbs (15′)

(Both partners must complete 1 each)

 

Subs will be Legless Rope Climbs, Rope Climbs using your legs with NO JUMP OR 4 Seated Rope Climbs…
