“Death By” team edition…

 

WORKOUT:

In groups of 2 working only 1 person at a time at any given point during the workout perform the following 3 sections:

 

“Death By Hill Runs”

1st minute on the clock: 1 Hill Run

2nd minute on the clock: 2 Hill Runs

3rd minute: 3 Hill Runs

4th minute: 4 Hill Runs

… Continue adding 1 hill run every minute until you are unable to finish the required reps in under 60 seconds

 

ONCE YOU CROSSOVER MOVE IMMEDIATELY ONTO THE NEXT…

 

“Death By Pull Up”

(Upscaled to Chest 2 Bar or down to Jumping, if needed)

1st minute: 3 Kipping Pull Ups

(No Butterfly Pull Ups)

2nd minute: 6 Kipping Pull Ups

3rd minute: 9 Kipping Pull Ups

4th minute: 12 Kipping Pull Ups

… Continue adding 3 reps on every minute until unable to finish in under 60 seconds

 

ONCE AGAIN, MOVE IMMEDIATELY ONTO THE FINAL SECTION…

 

“Death by Burpee”

1st minute: 5 Burpees

2nd minute: 10 Burpees

3rd minute: 15 Burpees

4th minute: 20 Burpees

… Continue adding 5 reps on every minute until unable to finish in under 60 seconds

Each section is scored by total reps done for each section so you will have THREE total scores for this one…
