TEAM:

In groups of 2 perform the following:

800m Synchro Run (New route)

:40 Synchro L-Sit Pull Up Hold

* Scale to pull up hold or ring hold

10 Synchro Wall Walks (12″ from wall)

* Perform as many rounds and extra work as possible in 30 minutes

 

Both partners must perform ALL work together to count all running, seconds and reps for this one…

 

We will go over all the synchro standards in class…
