Team vs. Team!

 

TEAM:

We will divide the entire class into two equal teams and perform the following:

Event 1-

Max Calories on the Bike & Rower in 8 minutes

* Each team will have 2 Bikes & 3 Rowers to use with all 5 pieces of equipment going at once

 

2 MINUTE REST/TRANSITION

 

Event 2-

Wall Ball Shots for work volume in 7 minutes

* Each team will have ONE 10#, TWO 14# & TWO 20# Med Ball to throw

* Score will be total work done with each Med Ball added up (100 throws with 20# Ball is 2000# of work as an example)

 

2 MINUTE REST/TRANSITION

 

Event 3-

Med Ball Slams for total work done in 6 minutes

* Each team will have TWO 25#, ONE 30# & ONE 35#

* Add up all work done with each Med Ball for your team score
