9 Wall Walks

200m Row

8 Wall Walks

300m Row

7 Wall Walks

400m Row

6 Wall Walks

500m Row

5 Wall Walks

600m Row

4 Wall Walks

700m Row

3 Wall Walks

800m Row

2 Wall Walks

900m Row

1 Wall Walk

1000m Row

(35 minute cutoff)
