We will be having a pot luck afterward so bring some food and drinks with you!!

 

WORKOUT:

“Duo DT”

In groups of 2 with both partners working on the barbell at the same time perform the following:

12 Duo Deadlifts (103#/155#)

9 Duo Hang Power Cleans (103#/155#)

6 Shoulder 2 Overhead (103#/155#)

*Push Press is recommended

10 total rounds for time

(No cutoff… Don’t worry about speed, work on staying coordinated with your partner)

 

Scale the weight as needed to ensure you and your partner can stay together…
