12 Thrusters (Heavy)

3 Rope Climbs

* 2:30 cap with the goal to make it just hard enough to complete a full round around the time cut each time so adjust loading/reps along the way as needed

* Rest 7:30 between rounds and complete 5 total rounds for this one
