6 rounds of “Aerobic” Tabata doing KB Swings (35/53#)

REST 3:00

* Repeat 2 total times (36:00 total)

 

GOALS…

 

Keep things sustainable and repeatable on all pieces…

– Keep same paces on all biking

– Perform the same number of total reps during the 6 rounds of Tabata Cleans

– Perform the same number of total reps during the 6 rounds of Tabata Swings

 

Start off conservative early so you can keep things sustainable later!
