* Work up to a near max load, but leave a little in the tank… Try to work significantly over the weight you plan to use for the workout to follow…

WORKOUT:

9 SQUAT Cleans (133#/185#)

(Experienced – 70%, Newbies – 75% 1RM)

21 Box Jumps (24″/30″)

(Scale as needed, but keep moving!)

6 SQUAT Cleans (133#/185#)

15 Box Jumps (24″/30″)

3 SQUAT Cleans (133#/185#)

9 Box Jumps (24″/30″)

(10 minute cutoff)

 

IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETING REST FOR 1 MINUTE, THEN…

 

Max Lateral Burpees over Barbell in 90 seconds…
