SKILLS:

STRICT Band Assisted Low Ring Muscle Ups & KB Snatches

* 5-10 minutes to figure out workout set up

 

WORKOUT:

“Regionals Nate”

4 STRICT Muscle Ups

*Use band assist, do strict CTB or Chin

7 Strict Handstand Push Ups

*Use AbMats or Box HSPU

12 Non-Alternating KB Snatches (53#/70#)

*Use DBs or Single Arm Swings

 

10 rounds for time

(20 minute time cap)

 

Literally dozens of ways to set this workout up, but make sure you set yourself up for success and don’t make this too difficult…

 

Know your current abilities, but push steadily to make them better…
